Purpose of this Code of Practice

This Code informs you about our products, services, and customer-care policies. Our code is based on the requirements and guidelines of Ofgem, the independent regulator for the UK energy industry.

  • Energy Management; Reducing your energy consumption by installing the most innovative energy saving solutions on the market.
  • Combined Heat & Power; CHP also known as co-generation. The process of generating electricity locally and utilising the waste heat produced by the generation process, the simultaneous generation of usable heat and power (usually electricity) in a single process.
